Slightly disappointed. Original quote was high and the b they added on an additional cost which was unexpected. Nice guy but cost more than quoted and left a few bits and pierces for me to finish which I had no ideas about.

"Sorry that the client feel a bit unsatisfied. I can understand the disappointment as the old shower was a real mess in the 1st place. We created a new shower were the previous one was a build up of 3 layers of plaster boards on each wall, covered with seratone over a un squared steel stud framing which caused the leaks. Shower tray was cemented in place that we had to break out and re level concrete floor before installation could start and re leveling of the walls."
