The bolts securing the base of a verandah post to the bomac bracket have corroded and the post has split. The ends of the bolts broke off when I attempted to undo them and are embedded in the post and immovable from the bracket at this point. Seven other posts need checking for same issue. Post is 100 x 100 x 3000 dressed.
