Sleepout/Shed, Fence and Retaining

Replace old corrugate fence roughly 22m. Retain back of the property, 3 different sides estimate 18m total. Build a new building at end of the driveway, roughly 5.5m x 2.8m with a wall between. Smaller room to be used as shed, bigger room to be used as office/spare room. Potentially replace another fence up the driveway estimate 30m. Potential gate (if go ahead with the 30m fence) Very rough concept of the new dwelling attached. As well as plans from when we built marked out with locations and details of everything. The project wouldn't start until around November but we are flexible with the start date.
