Leak in A-frame roof

I have a leak in my A-frame roof where the roof joins the house. Really would love someone to look at this fairly urgently if possible. Also have a downpipe that has a constant drip for hours after its rained - not a huge issue but very annoying to listen to if this could be fixed as well! Thank you
