Qualified builder for a sleep out build onsite

We are looking for a registered qualified builder for a new sleep out ( mono pitch ) build on our property. it will be 4.5 x 3.5m Will have pre layed concrete floor. Would rather pay hourly rate then its fair on time and cost for both parties. We need the framing built and roof, exterior ply and batten cladding as well as Coloursteel and spouting, ( all will need to be bought by the builder ) and large stacking slider install which will be here ready. We will be finishing the interior. Ready to start in a few weeks, happy for someone to work on it when they choose, as long as there isn't a large delay. Wanting someone who knows what they are doing, as we want to make sure it built to last.
