Hi I need a quote done. Exterior brick work Under toilet window is very discoloured and may well be rising damp . Need a quote on how much it will be to fix . It is near a back door that had a high moisture reading . Prefer someone that can come tomorrow as agent is away from wed . Thanks!!!
