Job description
The framing at the edge of the ranchslider has become waterlogged. Not sure the source of the water so need to assess and then work out a remediation plan. The property is tenanted so will need to work in with the tenant.

Donnie has great communication before and after the remediation. The tenant also spoke really highly of his manner and professionalism so would definitely recommend and use Donnie again. Thank you!
