Sound Proof Master Bedroom Wall (Wall shared with adjoined next door townhouse)

The townhouse is one of 6 built in 2000. The bedroom shares a wall with the townhouse next door's bathroom. Main issue is hearing their shower, toilet and bathroom fan, I can also hear them talking through the wall and drawers in vanity being slammed shut.
