Ngapeke House Relocation

Relocated House requires new foundation to be created for extension and garage as main house will be on piles. House has been transported from Hamilton to current site very recently. We require a registered and qualified builder to start and complete the foundation work as soon as possible. No structural change to internal layout of house. Roof and house to be weather tight, ready for family to move in. There will be further work available as two other homes will be brought onto the same site over next three months.

Excellent communications and great work ethics. From the apprentices up, our whanau felt supported and heard at every opportunity to discuss best options for us. Delays were only ever due to supplies and nothing was ever impossible to complete. Cost was on par with additional requests as and where needed.
