Job description
New fireplace (Escea 960) to install. No existing fireplace so surround and flue need to be created. Gasfitter needed to run gas line that is in ceiling to fireplace. So job requires both builder and gasfitter. Picture shows area fireplace to be installed in.

Lucas was very very good. 2 of the 3 subbies were also good. Unfortunately one subbie, the builder (Pablo - can’t remember his other name) was a very poor communicator, didn’t listen to client, made errors in design & damaged clients carpet & ceiling, used jargon , was arrogant & generally unpleaant to deal with. The cost of repairing & replacing his mistakes to client & Lucas (project manager was over $2000.00. Pablo walked away without so much as an apology. DON’T HIRE HIM.
