Repair to damaged wet area lining. Accessible shower lining damaged and will need to be replaced with a more suitable product for the application. This may also extend to the substrate behind the lining, if there is none present this will need to be remedied. Also water has had a detrimental effect on the MDF architraves, this may also need addressing. This is a property owned by our trust and access to the property will be via the Tenancy Manager .
