Home to be built

We are looking to build a 155sqm home (incl double garage) in Papamoa, on a flat section from plans professionally drawn five years ago. As we are Master Painters, all painting and decorating will be done by us, as will all bathroom, laundry and kitchen fittings from the wall out. (In other words, we need all electrical, water and drainage pipes in place. We will also supply all floorings and the main deck outside. But... everything else we need done. Exterior is board and batten with a coloursteel (or similar) tile-type roof and one small area of shingle highlight. Prefer to use just one person, so just looking for a builder only at this point. We are flexible about the timing, understanding that it will likely be after Christmas before the project can be started - but we are after a specific section and need to have a price fairly soon on the building so we can sort out the budget for the section.
