Build outdoor seating

Outdoor patio area that's screaming out for some love. I'm looking at some corner bench seating and possibly a raised garden for herbs. Open to ideas but nothing too extreme as mindful of budget. The area is around 2.9m long on one side (seating and garden), and around 3.2- 3.5m on the other fence line. Hoping for something for when the nicer weather comes.
