Looking for a labour only price for building. Consists of two main cabins: 1st cabin is 4mx8m divided into three rooms, two bedrooms and a tiny kitchen. There are no wardrobes or cupboards. 2nd cabin is 4m x 6m divided into two bedrooms, no wardrobes. These two cabins are separated by a 6m x 10m wide deck which runs between them with a covered roof over part of the deck. A 3rd cabin consists of a toilet, shower, laundry tub and sits at the same height as the other two cabins on the deck but is separate. The entire structure is on piles. The exterior cladding is horizontal coloursteel with shiplap vertical cedar on the two large facing cabins. The roof is a mono sloping roof and the interior is also sloping. The ground has been levelled and a retaining wall around the side and back of the cabins has been completed. Building consent has already been granted. We already have plumber, electrician etc sorted. We have had an indication that the actual building of the cabins would be about 4 1/2 -5 weeks work.
