We require a qualified builder who is experienced in renovation and general building work. The work involves 1. the extension of an existing decking area to add approximately 20m2 deck to what is there already at the back of the house 2. if possible the installation of bi-fold doors in the bedroom leading out to the deck, this will involve cutting into the bedroom wall for access & installing doors then finishing and 3. the conversion or completion of a third bedroom currently being used as a garage which will include installation of a raised floor over the existing concrete slab, gibing and insulation of walls currently timber and exposed building paper and installation of suspended ceiling. Some minor electrical work may be required.
