House extension - 2 rooms - 20-30sqm - Wakefield

We're looking at adding some rooms onto our house and we need a builder. It's a pole house and the rooms will be built underneath around the existing foundations. Raised floor, no roof required. I've attached architect's plans which I've modified a bit. Not sure that dimensions are correct but they will do for a first draft. Total floor area will be about 25-30 sqm. At this stage we're just scouting around to find a builder and to get some rough idea on cost so we can budget accordingly. We're in Wakefield.
