My house is a 1910 farm house that's sitting on concrete piles. I Want the kitchen pushed out, all new, floor boards, weather boards, roof, windows and interior walls moved around. It's a complete new design that's basically stripped down to the frame work and built back up again. Definitely a big job and looking at 4 to 6 months too get it done. All depending on the bank loaning us money first. Need quote/ estimate from a builder too take too the bank.
