We have 2x relocatable houses arriving on a section in Stratford in August. We are looking for a builder to complete the below list of jobs. Please provide rough quotes, timeframes for the work, and availability. House 1. Will be cut in half and rejoined on site. - Make good roof at place of cut (existing concrete tiles) and ensure weather tightness - Make good weatherboards at place of cut - 100x25mm H3.2 baseboards for a 112.5sqm house - Where the fireplace has been removed externally, new 25mm weatherboards - Where the fireplace has been removed internally, new gib etc - Where the chimney has been removed on the roof, new concrete tiles and framing - Repair any spouting - New 80mm downpipes - 4.25m wide by 1.5m standard decking at entrance with 3x 3m wide steps - 7m long by 2.5m wide standard decking at back of the house with steps House 2. - 100x25mm H3.2 baseboards for a 96.4sqm house - Where the fireplace has been removed externally, new 25mm weatherboards - Where the chimney has been removed on the roof, new concrete tiles and framing - Repair any spouting - New 80mm downpipes - 5.8m long by 2.5m wide standard decking at back of the house with steps - Small steps and landing with standard decking at entrance of house
