Are you able to build our new family home to the building consent specifications to enable a CCC be issued? We have the BC and all the working drawings for our 4 bed, 2 bath and 1 extra toilet, 2 living room, 2 study home. The site is flat and accessible. All aspects of construction is required, from excavation to finishing's. A turnkey project is an option, but so is quoting on independent elements. We are looking for a team of tradies that will fit our budget, our home needs and our timelines. Building can commence immediately. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your interest!
