Squeeze in Garage

We woud like to have double garage and bike port next it in tiny area corner of house. The space of side of house is 6.7m and the back is 6m. We have to have 200mm minimum space between to neighbor using fire wall. Our Spout or Gutter are about 500mm. I don't mind the garage stickking out little bit about same line as an entrance pole and using footpass between pole and door for bike. In that case, don't need any gap between garage and pole and using same brick is the best. Do you have great idea to build our garage? We are aimimng less than $20,000, very tight. If it's possible, driveway as well. Please help us!!
