Repairing water damanged kitchen floor

Our kitchen floor has been affected by a slow leak. The leak has been fixed and our insurance has paid out for a repair - the quoted around $2300. The area is a couple of square meters in one patch. Part of the patch is under the sink cabinet. The floor is painted/sealed chipboard. It’s a dark floor so it’s hard to photo, but the floor has softened and is concave around the beam.
