Bathroom: Bathroom fully renovated, new walls - seratone or similar, place pink batts in the walls, retile bathroom floor -either using cork or other commercial tiling, replace basin, mirror, sand and re-paint window frame, re-use current expel-air or replace it. Re-use towel rail. Replace corner shower with a pre-used corner shower or look at a walk in shower. Toilet: Replace walls and ceiling in the toilet with seratone or similar Sand -repaint window frame Place pink batts in the walls Re-tile the floor using the same tiling as the bathroom. Heating : insulation Check for insulation requirements. (There is insulation in the roof) Is insulation required under the floors? Drainage Soak hole for one down pipe needs to be put in place Roof : Need a tradie to check the roof for leaks and to quote it, if repairs are required. Lounge: There is x1 unused fireplace in the lounge. Check to see if the chimney needs to be removed and thus the fireplace as well or can it be boarded up? Heating :- Is there another place where a heat pump can be installed in the property? Timeframes: Is it possible to have the above done within 1-2 months?
