We required licensed carpenter to restore a transported house on its new foundation as per consented drawings. The works include; -2 new timber entrance deck and its foundation and stair more than 1.5m high, -1 new 4m high post and foundation to support the eaves. - Re-gibb /replaster/ repaint some of the of internal wall and ceiling to achieve new bracing requirement. -Reinsulation of ceiling, wall and floor. -Reconnection of services within the house which includes; power, drainage ( storm and sewer), gas, and telecommunication. -New gas appliances connection. -Reconnection of services from site boundary to house . -Recladding part of the house wall . some of the cladding has been dismantled for transportation and need to be reinstated. -Restore part of the roof cladding. The chimney is no longer required, -Repaint all internal wall and ceiling. - Redo new carpet. - Site drainage work to engineer's drawings ( detention tank installation ) - build driveway to carport. -
