Obtain Code of compliance

We currently have a tandem garage which has a third ‘garage’ space been dug out to the right as you enter the garage. It has had beams installed and retaining walls built on 2 sides but the back is still unretained and I’m unsure if the other areas are up to standard. We require someone to find out what is needed for coc and then complete the work and obtain the coc. The area is currently listed on lim I believe but has never been complied.
