Workers quarters temp dwelling

I have a friend that is wanting build a workers quarters up on a farm in Okoroire He has a hole lot of nice milled Douglas fir that he wishes to use for framing, hardies cladding & ply internal linings & ceilings ply on top of roof rafters so the beams are exposed so super easy. it will be a 80m2 mono pitch dwelling. Off the grid & out of site he is not wanting to consent it etc as it is just a temporary dwelling & will be moved of the property in a year or so to the next farm. Basically looking for someone who can frame it all up, roof it clad it, windows in, line the inside & hand doors etc.
