Renos on Weld

Hi We are looking at doing renovations to the bathroom, laundry & toilet. We are also wanting to knock down a wall between the lounge, pantry & hallway closet. We are unsure if there is a structural wall & what is required? We are happy to discuss the plans.. as we have an idea of what we want... hopefully we'll be able to get it.
