Exterior house repairs - Manaia, South Taranaki

We have two jobs. The first involves repairing two leaking stretches of plastic guttering. I think both can be fixed with new foot-long pieces of guttering to connect the existing good pieces. You'll need a couple of replacement clamps. The top of the downpipe, which comes out of the guttering and bends is cracked and needs replacing. The second job is the plank of exterior wood under our ranch slider has rotted. It needs a 12-foot long board about 11-12cms wide to replace it.
