put wire on piles and fix cladding
Job description
A small number of piles under my house have not been wired to the joists. (Must've been that way for many years!) There is also a small crack in cladding by a window.(Hardieplank or something like that). Confined space under house, but affected piles are close to the access point. Timeframe; house is under offer and possession date is Friday 9th, but that will probably fall through! But would be good to get done ASAP so that future building inspections don't keep coming up with the same issue.
