Floor repair under shower - water damage

Corner shower has been leaking for some time. Have pulled shower out and particle board flooring is toast. Looks confined to --- from top, but visible tracking underneath suggests approx --- needs replacing. Floor extends under both adjacent walls and baseplate has water stain 1000mm each way, unsure of soundness. Framed walls are both external. Joists appear ok as viewed from underneath. Scope of job is floor and framing repair only, i.e. no gib.
