Chimney boxing

I need boxing around my chimney. I'd like wooden boxing if possible, see photo attached. I'd like the boxing to extend 2/3 to 3/4 up the chimney and then square off with or without the metal framing depending on cost. I like the cedar look, but would prefer a cheaper wood that can be stained (see the posts in the entrance way)
