We are looking for a builder to build a sleepout with bathroom/toilet on a flat land within the compound of our house in the town area of Rolleston. The size of the sleepout main building is: Length: 4.8 metre, Width: 3.6 metre The size of the verandah is: Length: 4.8 metre, Width: 1.5 metre The lock-up shell shall includes 3604 Concrete Floor; Verandah & Patio; Constructed to Lock-up Shell; Superclad Coloursteel Cladding; Double Glazed Aluminium Windows; Insulation to Ceiling & Exterior Walls; Gib Lined & Stopped - Ready to Paint; Electrical Fitout Including Lights, Plugs & Switches; Plumbing Fitout (Toilet Suite, Mini Basin, Shower, and Tapware); direct electric hot water; drainage; mains connections; floor coverings; and painting. Please also include the estimated cost to obtain building consent from Selwyn District Council. It does not require Resource Consent because it will not have a kitchen. Thank you.
