Absolutely cannot recommend. $4500 approx. Nothing but nothing completed, while new tasks started. Very unpleasant to deal with personally.

"This job was arranged without a site visit ( job was out of town ) on an hourly basis . The previous builder had left an absolute mess and his workmanship had to be repaired. I was promised to be paid IMMEDIATELY ( every week ) upon invoice , this did not happen so I did not return to complete the work. ! A very bitter review from a dishonest client ."
