Chalet Extension

We are lookiung to purchase a chalet in the Turoa Village in Ohakune. The existing living are is quite small but opens on to an existing deck. We would like to get an estimate to build an extension to the front of the building approx 6m eters by 2 meters and install a fire place. Timber weather board for the external cladding and timber t&G finish to the interior. I would also like to reclad the exterior walls with a timber cladding to replace the existing fibreboard tiles.
