Plans for New Garage

We have an existing concrete slab approximately 7m x 9m. This has been signed off by the Ruapehu D C some years ago. We now wish to extended the slab by a couple of metres and then build a timber framed garage on the extended slab. We will be doing the building work. What we require is a draughts person to prepare a set of plans for a garage from our sketches so that we can submit these to the Ruapehu District Council to obtain a building permit. We are also proposing to extend the rear porch on the house to create a wet room/fire wood storage area and would require plans for this.
