Internal gutter conversion #2

Hi, We are looking for a quote from an LBP that can carry out restricted building work on our 1950's investment property. The house currently has an internal gutter system with metal tile roofing. I have attached a photo that shows the arrangement. The length of the guttering is approximately 60m. What we envisage needs to be done is to have the existing gutter and its framing removed, extend the existing rafters (possibly with a roof pitch change) to create an overhang and then install the new guttering. Some roof tiles and purlins will need to be removed to get access to the existing roof framing. These have to be put back when works completed. New roof tiles are needed on the extended roof. The works should possibly be carried out in stages to ensure the house is made watertight as quickly as possible. We would like to complete this work during summer months before the wet season starts.
