Job description
Hi, We have just put a conditional offer on a property in Hannahs Bay that requires some maintenance/upgrade works that we are planning to do during our settlement period. At this stage we are in need of a cost estimate for the works from a general contractor (will require electrician, plumber and builder input). If you are available to give us a quote please get in touch and I will provide you with the list.

We got a couple of quotes for this job and Steve was by far the most reasonable. He and his team tried hard to keep within our time frames and fit in additional small bits that popped up here and there. We are very happy with the way of communication and completion of the works. The only improvement we could suggest is to supply an estimate for the additional work earlier than the final invoice.
