House repairs and maintenance

Internal and external house maintenance to start Friday 12 June, I have photos and building report that I can forward to you to help . Jobs to be completed: spouting repairs and sealing, sealing off Hwc overflow pipe on roof, repair loose window hinges and door handles, install range hood exhaust fan in kitchen, replace or repair bedroom doors, sealing toilet pipe to cladding in bathroom, clean and paint the roof.
