Barge boards on the east side of the house need replacing.

Kitchen renovations.

Replace water damaged kitchen floor.
New kitchen installed.
- Cabinetry (The design plan will be provided)
Appliances.
90cm Freestanding gas cooktop/electric oven.
Waste disposal unit.
Dishwasher.
Rheem hot water system.

Electrical.
1 new double power plug.
Replace an existing power plug. (This was changed from a single to a double by the last tenant)

Plumbing.
Connection to the gas grid.
Relocation of the plumbing for the sink and waste disposal unit.
Connection to the new Freestanding gas/electric oven.

Central dividing wall (between the living room and kitchen) has been gibbed incorrectly and needs to be redone as well as the archway needs strengthening.
Backsplash - Wall tiles above sink, oven and on the central wall above the bench.
Flooring - Tongue and groove hardwood floor panels. (Sample colour available)
Replacement of mismatched architraves.
An existing window conflicts with our new 90cm oven so it needs to be moved a little.

Laundry room.

Walls need repairs.
Floor needs repairs.
Installation of a laundry tub
Flooring - Tongue and groove hardwood floor panels. (Sample colour available)

Bathroom.

Installation of a new 90cm Shower and mixer.
Installation of a new 1600cm or a 1575cm drop in bathtub.
Installation of a new sink.
Floor needs repairs.
Backsplash - above shower, sink and around the bathtub.
Installation of a new extractor.
Flooring - Tongue and groove hardwood floor panels. (Sample colour available)

Toilet.

Installation of a new toilet
Replace gib on the walls (If required)
Fill holes in the walls
Flooring - Tongue and groove hardwood floor panels. (Sample colour available)


We have design plans for each area upon request.
All we ask is that you are a registered qualified builder/tradesman for insurance purposes.

If you have a team of tradesman you prefer to work with that is absolutely fine.
