High moisture reading in wall - quote

I just need a quote for a possible water leak behind bathroom wall. Building inspection found high water reading in bathroom. I'm not asking for a site visit but would appreciate a quote with rough estimate of how much work would cost to investigate. And would appreciate asap as I need quote before Monday.
