Job description
We require a building contractor who is experienced in alterations and building additions. The scope of work is to convert an existing double garage and adjoining rumpus room into a two bedroom flat and adding a new garage to another part of the house. The existing house is clad with an obsolete brick and therefor the bricks removed from the existing house need to be cleaned and re-used. Detail plans are in the process of being submitted for council consent and is available electronically.

It was a great pleasure to work with Dylan, Tracey and the crew. The job was professionally run from beginning to end regardless some unexpected surprises as in any addition to an existing building. Communication was always very fast and professional. The team was always friendly and willing to help even outside their scope of work. I will strongly recommend Oswald construction for any building work.
