Partition large lounge to create bedroom

Erect new interior wall to create bedroom at one end of carpeted lounge. Wall will be lined with gib and stopped ready for painting, have 2 new double power point's, be filled with acoustic batts. Existing old fireplace to be removed and floor/wall made good to match existing. Carpet to be reinstated. Lights and switches will require re-positioning to suit new bedroom and smaller lounge.
