Balcony repair - build to correct fall and new waterproofing to fix leak

I have a balcony on the top level of our house. When it rains the water collects in a corner due to an incorrect fall. The fall needs correcting and new waterproofing laid. Where the water pools there is an internal leak, however I am not sure if this is because of the pooling, or whether the leak is from the glass bricks (which may need to be removed?). I have included photos of the area as well as a drawing which (hopefully) illustrates better the issue. I understand you may need to visit to accurately quote.
