Finish off a sleepout

I need a builder to start pretty much right away to complete the rest of a half done sleepout. It is 72m2 and has two bedrooms 1 bathroom. Some framing has been done but not completed. Would like to get it to watertight and ready for fit out ASAP. I realise it’s bad timing but if there’s anyone out there that can help that would be amazing!
