Hi Guys, we have purchased a home that is very suited for a legal minor dwelling conversion. Downstairs has the bedroom and bathroom and a room for a lounge and kitchenette. we need someone to guide us through the process of a legal conversion into a home and income. I assume we will need fireproofing gib etc. Bathroom and bedroom are existing. Please note this job was previously posted but we had been awaiting settlement. House is now ready to go!
