Mezannine

Hello, we are just in the process of purchasing an industrial unit in Warkworth and want to arrange to have a Mezannine floor built ASAP after settlement. The unit is 41m2 (with a stud height of 5.1-5.4m) and we want the Mezannine floor to be as large as possible with stairs leading up to it from the front door, and a door at the bottom to close this off from the rest of the ground level. Looking for quotes to have this done quickly and to a high standard, most likely August or September. Thanks.
