Two way gas fire place install - retrofit - builder required

Job image

Job description

General Building
Rodney

We are looking to install a two way Escea fireplace between our living spaces. The current wall is not deep enough to hold the fireplace so this will need to be built out along with the fire “base” needed to sit the fire on. We also have sliding doors on each side of the existing wall - it is likely some adjustments will be required due to the dimensions of the fireplace unit and length of the wall and doors. We are looking for a builder who is confident installing similar fires into an internal wall and who could potentially help project manage getting the fire in (ie coordinate with the gas installer and electrician as needed - we know a good sparkie, and can find a gas fitter). The fire details can be found here: --- / In terms of timing, this will be driven by the builder and gas fitter availability but we are hoping we could get the job completed by end of June (or sooner if possible).

Noel showed up on time, and did a really good job - even coming around after the plaster had been to check on workmanship. Would use him again happily.
