Demo work - Removal and disposal of existing grid tiles. Cutting and tidying up ceiling Building work - Supply & install suspended Rondo metal batten ceiling grid to support plasterboard ceiling linings as per attached mark-up drawing. Supply and build of partition walls as per design. Supply and installation of doors and skirtings in toilets and office. Supply & install 1-layer of 13mm Standard plasterboard ceiling linings to new metal batten ceiling grid. Supply and installation of --- flanged H. Down Hatches (allowance for 6 hatches max.) Supply and installation of standard plasterboard linings on the new partition walls. Stop new plasterboard ceiling and walls linings to a level 4 finish. Supply and installation of Nova White 12x6x9mm Foil Backed in kitchen area Installation of Range Hood In kitchen Timber nogs for Toilet handrails, TVs and projector. Framing for HWC.
