New outdoor entertaining area

Gidday all, We require a qualified builder who is experienced in building retaining walls, split level decks and fences. Currently we have drainlayers and diggers in, fixing the drainage around the back and two sides of our house. They will also clear out the water tank and make way for the builder to work his magic. I myself am clearing out all existing retaining walls, fences and decks. Giving you a blank canvas to work with. The retaining wall is the big project. It will be supporting the neighbors driveway and will need to be dug down quite significantly i'd imagine to future proof the project. You will offer us some creative ideas, especially tying in the fence with the bulky retaining wall. Also, somehow boxing in the downstairs window so that light can come through them, yet not spoil the asthetics of the deck. If you are interested please contact me asap.
