New 4m x 7m deck

The bedroom sliding door currently opens to a drop so a deck is required. Looking to come out 4m and go along the end of the house to connect to the existing deck there. The house will require other building related things done like replacement of some rotten cladding before painting. Note the driveway is 2km long and requires a 4WD to access the house.
