New Family Home

We're in the process of purchasing land to build our first family home on. We want to go with QuickBuild homes in Bulls. The option we're going with is their 138sqm 4 bedroom home. We require a builder and plumber (already have an electrician) somewhere between June and October. The land will be purchased this Month (April), and we order the house shortly after. The house will be delivered in a 1 x 40' and 1 x 20' shipping containers on site with everything needed to finish the build. Services already hooked up to the land. According to Quickbuild homes, their smaller 3 bedroom home can be made completely weather tight with 1 experienced builder in 7 days, being realistic the house will probably take 6 to 8 weeks to complete. House will be on piles as well. In short we will need the complete house, a fence with gate and driveway completed under a fixed build. The site will need someone capable of managing the site himself. No cutting or modification required. House goes together like lego. All details under; --- What the house doesn't include; ---
